PXP Solutions is more than a decorator we’re your creative partner in apparel branding. Since acquiring the company in 2010, we’ve grown into a national apparel decorator with fully equipped facilities in Garland, TX, and Plainfield, IN. Backed by over 16 years of industry experience, we serve some of the world’s most recognizable brands with the speed, flexibility, and reliability today’s market demands. From everyday programs to high-profile campaigns, we deliver standout results with unmatched care and consistency.
Leadership
Bruce Jolesch serves as President of PXP Solutions, a leading apparel decoration company with facilities in Garland, TX, and Plainfield, IN. With more than 35 years of experience in the promotional products and decorated apparel industry, Bruce brings a unique combination of distributor insight, operational expertise, and creative leadership to every partnership.
Since acquiring PXP Solutions in 2010, Bruce has guided the company through a period of significant growth expanding production capacity, investing in cutting-edge technology, and building a team known for precision, speed, and service. PXP Solutions added embroidery in 2018 and built a second facility which opened in 2023. The company has 13 automatic screen-printing presses and more than 100 head of embroidery between the two facilities.
Under his leadership, PXP has become a trusted partner to some of the most recognized brands and distributors in the country, delivering high-quality screen printing, embroidery, heat transfers, and fulfillment solutions with consistency and care.
Bruce is passionate about building long-term relationships and believes in earning trust one project at a time. His hands-on approach and commitment to continuous improvement have helped PXP Solutions as a premier apparel decorator known for creativity, reliability, and results.
